Ss16 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
This document outlines the terms of use that apply to all users of the ss16 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account or accessing any part of the ss16 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ss16's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss16 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The ss16 platform is open only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use these services in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ss16. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ss16 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You must notify ss16 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Ss16 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ss16 users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, disrupts other users' experience, or violates any applicable law. Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Using automation software, bots, or technical tools to manipulate betting outcomes or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit bonuses, promotions, or platform features for unfair advantage.
- Uploading or distributing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Using an account for money laundering or any financial crime.
Ss16 reserves the right to take action — including suspending accounts, voiding bets, or withholding account balances — if a user is found to have violated any of the above rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ss16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include local online banking services such as FPX, approved digital wallets, and other payment methods listed from time to time in the user account section.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means. ss16 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or unverifiable sources.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification has been completed.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policy, which can be viewed on the account page.
- Ss16 is not liable for payment delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
- Any bonus or promotional credit is subject to separate turnover requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Ss16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
The ss16 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service continuity. ss16's liability to users is limited to the amount of funds held in the user's account at the time of the claim.
All content on the ss16 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ss16. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or exploiting any platform content without prior written consent from ss16.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ss16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ss16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the ss16 platform shall be resolved through the process established by the relevant jurisdiction in Malaysia.
