What information do we collect from you?

Ss16 collects several categories of information when you register and use our platform. This information is collected directly from you or automatically as you use our services.

Account Information
Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth and encrypted password collected at registration.
Payment Information
Transaction details in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), including deposit and withdrawal methods such as FPX, e-wallets and online banking. Full account numbers are not stored on our servers.
Device Information
Device type, operating system, web browser, IP address and language settings used when accessing the platform.
Usage Data
Pages visited, games played, bets placed, session duration and in-platform interactions, for the purpose of service improvement.
Cookies & Tracking
Small cookie files stored on your device to maintain login sessions, language preferences and analyse usage patterns in aggregate.

How do we use your information?

Information collected by ss16 is used solely for legitimate purposes related to the provision of platform services. We do not sell user personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

  • Processes account registration and verifies user identity.
  • Securely processes deposits and withdrawals in MYR (RM).
  • Provides customer support and resolves queries or complaints.
  • Sends important notifications related to your account, security or policy changes.

  • User passwords are stored in hashed form that cannot be decoded, meaning we have no access to your actual password.

  • Ss16 data servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems and continuous monitoring.

While we take every measure to protect your data, no security system can guarantee absolute protection. We recommend using a strong password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Is your information shared with anyone else?

Ss16 does not sell, rent or disclose users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, there are limited situations where information sharing may occur:

  • Payment service providers: Transaction information that must be shared with payment processors to complete deposits or withdrawals inRM.
  • Legal requirements: ss16 may disclose information when required by law, court order or a valid request from the relevant authorities.
  • Fraud Prevention: Information may be shared with fraud prevention agencies where necessary to protect users and the platform from illegal activity.

In all cases of data sharing, we ensure that recipient parties are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
